Bio: Todd has led the Videoconferencing Group within Instructional Support Services at Michigan's College of Literature, Science, and the Arts for the past six years, guiding explosive growth in its services during that time. Since 2008, he has designed and implemented technical solutions for a wide range of pedagogical approaches using videoconferencing. For the past five years, Todd has co-coordinated a grant project at U-M to foster co-taught international exchanges using videoconferencing that have covered such diverse topics as nursing, sports management, human rights law, radiology, and music education. His educational background includes a BA in Political Science (magna cum laude) from the University of Rochester, graduate study in Russian politics at the University of Michigan, and a degree in violoncello from the Eastman School of Music Preparatory Department.
